Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Member of the Bar Association of Advocates in Katowice.

 Member of the Team for issuing opinions and preparing legislative projects in the field of executive criminal law at the Institute of Legislation and Parliamentary Work of the Supreme Bar Council. Academic teacher in the following fields of study: law, administration, national security.

Currently, his areas of practice and specialization are focused on court proceedings, in particular in the areas of criminal and business law, as well as protection of personal rights, press law, copyright and educational law.
