Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Member of the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law

 Holder of the Introduction to English & EU Law diploma from Cambridge University, at the University of Aarhus (Denmark) he studied, among others, International Trade and Financial Law, European Private International Law, International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention – United Nations (UN) Convention on the International Sale of Goods), in 2008 he was an intern at the Office of the European Ombudsman in Strasbourg (France). He completed doctoral studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He graduated American Law (American Law Program) of Columbus School of Law The Catholic University of America in Washington (DC) and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (2023-2024)

He represents clients in court and out-of-court disputes (ADR) in the field of commercial law, civil law and labor law, including those with international elements. He also represents clients in disputes with banks. He specializes on environmental protection law (including waste management) and protection of intellectual property rights.
